1. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- For cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be issued.
- For cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled pickup time, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellation by the Service:
- If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
- If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- If the driver is late by more than 30 minutes, customers may be eligible for a partial refund or a discount on their next ride.
3. Service Issues
- If the service provided does not meet the agreed terms (e.g., vehicle condition, driver behavior, etc.), customers may request a refund or compensation by submitting a complaint within 15 days of the ride.
- Refunds for service-related issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed within 30 days after approval.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 days after the refund request is approved.
- Any transaction fees or processing charges by payment gateways may be non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Advance payments made for bookings during peak seasons, festivals, or special events are non-refundable.
- Any add-on services (e.g., toll fees, parking charges, etc.) used during the ride are non-refundable.
